About The Owner: Mr. Luis Gonzalez is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he served as a healthcare administrator managing administrative programs and monitoring quality assurance and risk management initiatives. A Master of Healthcare Administration (Webster University, 2012), he also served under the Surgeon General of the Army in Washington, D.C., where he was a leader in the U.S. Government’s effort to implement the Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) initiative in the early 2000s. Since then, Mr. Gonzalez has held positions in the private sector where he managed numerous large-scale healthcare provider operations, including the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) $7.5 billion Medical Q-Coded Services (MQS) contract. His leadership enabled him to place in the Top 10 of all MQS contractors nationwide for Overall Fill, Initial Fill, and Replenishment Fill rates while exceeding the acceptable staff Turnover Rates by 10%. With more than 20 years of exemplary experience, Mr. Gonzalez now brings his unique brand of leadership to Forte Human Capital with a strong focus on Trust, Service, and Quality.
